1. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, text, and imagery on this Website are the intellectual property of Fierce Festival, our commissioned artists, or our partners, and are protected by UK and international copyright laws.

• You may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not reproduce, scrape, distribute, or commercially exploit any material from this Website without our express prior written consent.

2. Copyright Infringement & Takedown Policy

Fierce operates in good faith and makes every effort to ensure all media, imagery, and text used on this Website is fully cleared, appropriately licensed, or used under fair dealing exemptions. We recognise that administrative errors can occasionally occur.

If you are a rights holder and believe your intellectual property has been used inadvertently, incorrectly credited, or without appropriate permission, we operate a strict “Notice and Takedown” policy. We require a reasonable cure period of 14 working days from the acknowledgement of your notice to investigate and remove the content or rectify the credit. 3. Ticketing & External Links

All ticket transactions for Fierce Festival are processed securely through our designated third-party box office partner, TicketTailor.

• Limitation of Liability: Fierce does not process or store your financial data. We accept no liability for any technical failures, data breaches, or losses arising from the use of third-party ticketing platforms or external websites linked from our domain.
• Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless a performance is entirely cancelled or subject to a major material change in the programme.

4. Festival Admissions & Policies

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our attendees, artists, and staff, Fierce Festival and our partner venues enforce a strict admissions policy.

• Right to Refuse Entry: The management of Fierce Festival and our host venues reserve the absolute right to refuse admission, or to request that any ticket holder leave a venue at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of disruptive or abusive behaviour, intoxication, failure to adhere to venue dress codes or safety protocols, or late arrival.
• Latecomers: Due to the nature of live performance, latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, or may be refused entry entirely. No refunds will be issued for missed performances due to late arrival.
• Programme Changes: While we endeavour to ensure all performances go ahead as billed, Fierce reserves the right to make necessary alterations to the advertised programme, lineup, or venue without prior notice.

5. General Legalities

• Non-Transferability: You may not assign, sub-license, or otherwise transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any third party.
• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
• Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in relation to this Website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
