Volunteer Call for Fierce Festival Start Party!!

This is a call for volunteers needed for the Fierce Festival Start Party on Saturday June 18th at A.E Harris!
 
What is Fierce Festival?
 
Fierce curates and produces an annual festival of live art. This festival of performance embraces everything from theatre, music, dance and to club night acts. The festival took place earlier this year in March, and was very sucessful with 6 days of shows, events, parties and installations across Birmingham. Arists ranged from the emerging to the established, from the local to the international.
 
What is the Start Party?
 
It’s the beginning of an exciting journey with Fierce Festival’s Caravan of Artists 2011/12, we’ll be announcing the artists making up the core of the program and setting off on a 10 month journey with them towards the festival in Spring 2012. It will be a late afternoon into evening party, celebrating the practises of the artists and a taster of what’s to come in Fierce Festival 2012! 
 
Why volunteer with Fierce?
 
This is a great opportunity to get on board team Fierce from the Start to the Finish! Being part of the journey, you’ll pick up practical close hand experience of putting on an arts event, potentially make new friends and expand you network of professional contacts.
Join us as a volunteer for the Start Party and engage with an amazing group of international and visionary artists.

A.E Harris building
128 Northwood Street
Jewellery Quarter
B3 1SZ
(where Human Salvage too place)

We will be needing volunteers for:
Friday 17th June : GET-IN (after 6pm)
 
Saturday 18th June: Fierce Festival Start Party
 
Sunday 19th June: GET-OUT
 
We will be needing about 10-15 volunteers
